I eat every night before I go to bed. Usually Light popcorn and some grapes. It has not stopped my weight loss. I am a big late night eater so I save numbers so I don't go over. I always add foods before I eat them to make sure,0

I've heard you should stop eating about 2-3 hours before you go to bed. I'm trying to do that, but it's so hard cuz I always get the munchies at the very end lol.0

I also eat before bed. I have a yogurt. They say you're not supposed to eat after 7 but I need something in my stomach before bed. Sugar free pudding is good also. Try to stay away from anything heavy. Good luck!0

I eat some protein about 1-2 hours before bed.0

I sometimes eat before I go to bed and it hasn't been much of a problem.
I've seen it recommended on this site by persons much more knowledgable than me that you should eat protein before bed, and less carbs - the protein will help your body repair itself over night as well as keep you full longer (ie - you would hopefully not wake up in the middle of the night gnawing on your arm). :happy:0 -
ok yeah have also heard the 1-2 hour thing i might try that.0

I eat some protein about 1-2 hours before bed.
How does this sound for a pre bed snack?
Cottage cheese low fat
Plain natural yogurt
Decocted coconut
Mixed frozen berries
Usually about 100-200 calories
Is this healthy and ok sounding for before bed??0 -
You can eat right before you lay down and go to sleep. It doesn't matter that you eat right before bed. It's a myth that was debunked long ago. Meal timing is irrelevant.0

If your really hungry then you should just aim to have something small. It may not be best to eat a load of instantly available carbs as they can keep you up, complex carbs, protein or fat based foods would be better.0
