Keto diet

I have been on the keto diet for 14 days now. Finding it very hard to get the right balance of carbs fat sand proteins. Especially fats I tend to get butter or mayo or whip cream or heavy cream. Feels like I should look for better fat sources but still confused what to get.

    Fattier meats, whole eggs, fatty fish (salmon - yum!), nuts, avo, olive oil, coconut oil/cream

    To work on your macro split, try pre logging your meals for the day and manipulating portions to work with what you want.

    I take fish oil, flaxseed oil, CLA and coconut oil supplements to help with reaching my macros. Tuna, salmon, eggs, avocados. Coconut oil or MCT oil in my morning coffee (do NOT use styro foam cups!)
