Back at it again and looking for friends

Hi everyone...after a few years off and a few pounds put on , I'm ready to get back on MFP and work toward my fitness goals. This time around I'm looking to work more toward my overall health and strength training instead of focusing on the scale.

Anyway please feel free to add as I'm looking for fitness buddies for support and motivation :)

    Thanks for responding to my post everyone. I definitely feel like being active on the social aspect of MFP will help us all to stay motivated.
