Day 3 for me, 20 minutes on day 1, now day 2 & 3 doing 25 minutes. Should I be doing any other exercise? I have set a goal to be down 15 pounds by September 1. Would like to have friends to help.

i dont know how your food intake is . i will set aside at least one hour for work out.doing some weight will also help. you can add me. i work out at least 5 times a week and for one hour.0
