I really want to tone my legs & get a nice booty but I struggle finding any workouts that seem to work for me.
I'm pretty skinny & I have almost no muscle and need a good rountine to start with that isn't overwhelming but will actually help! Any advice?!

    Lots of lunges squats box jumps donkey kicks all work well

    Check out Xhit on YouTube. I haven't tried her butt and thigh workouts yet but her arm and ab workouts are killer so I'm sure all her other ones are as well.

    Another vote for Strong Curves.

    If you are at your goal weight with lack of muscle definition, you may want to look into recompositon (eating at maintenance to lose fat and gain muscle over time). If you are underweight, you will have to put on weight or bulk to build muscle.
