Any carb cyclers out there?

I've carb cycled before and was successful at it but motivation for eating clean has been hard to muster up but I've finally got it together and I'm ready to tackle this again. I'm down 40 lbs but have 35 more to go and would love some friends for the journey!

    You do different amounts of carbs on different days - some plans tie to activity on a given day; mine is a static 7 day cycle (and my high carb day is a rest day)

    Right now I'm doing the accelerated version, so I'm doing my week as followed: Monday & Tuesday are LC, Wed is HC, Thurs & Friday are LC, Saturday is HC and Sunday is a low carb breakfast then a "flex day"

    I did really well on this the first time I did it and it's been awhile and still needing to lose at least 30 more lbs so I'm getting started again! I follow pretty close to Chris and Heidi Powells books/plans

    I do it a little less structured -I eat low carb most of the time, then higher carb like rice or potato after I lift
