Please Help!
I am doing exercise daily,
I rotate exercise plan every two weeks.
Mon and Wed - 30 days shred,
Tue - midium exercise (around 300 cal),
Thru to Sat - High intent exercise (around 450 cal).
Do we eat more when you are doing exercise along with zip zag?
150 lbs
1240 calories daily (I follow closely)
My weight stay the same for long time.
I am starting zip zap diet today to see if it helped.
Any suggestion will be much appreciated. :flowerforyou:

  • You aren't eating enough calories, you should try to net at least 1200 a day.

Make sure your body is taking in 1200 AFTER you burn the calories for exercise- your body needs that much to function. Without it, your metabolism slows Waaaaaaaaaay down, which is probably why your weight has stalled. So, make sure to eat your exercise calories so you can say you're putting 1200 in your body after you've counted the calories that have been burned off.

I agree.. I had a Basic Matabolic Rate test done and I was shocked to see I wasn't eating enough either.. it goes against your brain but you need a set amount for your body to function and loose weight.. else you go into starve mode and won't lose anything.. lots of blogs postings on it.. look up eating excercise calories for all the discussions around this and how much you should be eating etc...

Thank for all your suggestions. I am very shocked to learn that I am not eating enough.

I am starting eating half of my exercise calorie today and doing zip zap diet. According zip-zap schedule, I can eat 129 more cal today plus regular cal 1240, which will be1369 cal + (512 cal divided by 2) from exercise = 1625 cal. That is a lot. However, I will listen to all your input. Do you guys think it works??

ps, I look up eating exercise calories per ramius suggestion, a lot of people suggested to eat 1/2 of exercise calories.
  • If you eat 1800 calories a day and burn 600 a day then there's your net 1200.

    600 calories burned x 7 days = 4200 calories burned. There's over a pound lost a week.
