It varies for me, depending on my activity. If I am cycling or hitting the gym, I will have between 600 and 800 calories during the daytime and then the other 1600-1800 after 6pm. If it is an inactive day, it is more like 400 calories during the daytime and the other 1400 in the evening.0

I usually eat right at 200 for breakfast, around 400-500 for lunch, and the rest for dinner (between 600-800). No snacks.
On weekends I get a LOT more exercise and my meals are more like 350/700/800.0 -
I eat my entire days worth during the day. 1500-1600 cal in one sitting.1

I usually eat anywhere from 1,000-1,100 of my calories during the day (around 200-300 for my first meal & then maybe 700-900 for my lunch to fuel my work activities). I then eat around 400-600 for my dessert be it ice cream, protein ice cream, cookies, chips, etc. when I get home from work.
So far I've found that helps me.
On my days off I'll sometimes eat most of my calories in the morning & then fast the rest of the day or spread out my calories & just graze.0 -

I typically don't eat till after 3pm. Most of my calories are consumed from 5pm-8pm. Usually 1000 calories between 3 and 8. I'm up in the middle of the night with our daughter, and leave calories to snack while I'm up.0

I try to stay under 600cal split between breakfast and lunch, about 500-600cal for dinner and 100-200cal for snacks/dessert if I'm still in goal (under 1,400 for the whole day)0

Typical day:
Breakfast: 200
Lunch: 300-400
Dinner: 400-500
Bedtime snack: 300-500 (depending on what I have left at the end of the day)0 -
I have a desk job, not currently working out but walking, and trying to create a deficit for gradual weight loss. Calories- I usually do 300 bfast, 250 lunch, 150 snack, 300 dinner. Lots of veggies/fruit/protein and daily fiber and general vitamin supplements. I'm currently down 12 lbs in the last 30 days and never hungry, just craving the salty foods I like.0

Right now, my daily goal is < 1950. Typically, 3-400 for Breakfast; 4-500 for Lunch; 6-700 for dinner; That leaves me between 350-650 for snacks, or slightly larger meals depending on the circumstances. I am in the process of reducing my daily intake, I started at 2000, am now at 1950 (after 3 weeks) and am working my way down to a goal of 1750 - which I will probably do in 2-3 steps. In my first 40 days I have lost about 5 pounds.0
