What are you reading?

I was inspired by an old thread that popped up elsewhere. I'm a huge bookworm with a to-read pile I suspect I'd need ten years to get through, and I'm currently reading Magpie Murders by Anthony Horowitz. If you like Agatha Christie novels, I suspect you'd like this one.

Yeah, I'm quite the bibliophile myself. I've been crushing at least a novel each week for the past 3 years, and more often it's been 2 or sometimes 3.

Right now I'm just finishing up Brad Thor's Code of Conduct. I was actually waiting on another book to arrive, so I just grabbed this one off the shelf. Didn't realize it was the middle of the series, but it seems to work as a stand alone.

I usually read thrillers, comedies and mysteries, but I'm willing to read just about anything.

Hi there! I am an admitted bookworm. I finally found a way to use reading to motivate me to exercise. If any of you would like any support with MFP or just to chat about books, please feel free to add me as a friend. I have had my ups and downs on here, but I have logged faithfully for many years now and it has changed my life! Take care!

That's my favorite of her books. I adore her writing. I mostly read thriller/suspense or speculative fiction or literary fiction and I love short fiction as well as novels.

@DamienAngelica She is pretty great. Plus, I found out today, that there is a TV show (I don't believe its out yet) based on the novel... Which makes me very excited!

I'm glad they're not trying to cram it all into a 2 hour movie, and I think Patricia Clarkson is perfect casting for Adora!

Is it left over cream from the guy who keeps eating it off his head?

This week I finished up Final Girls (Riley Sager, pseudonym for some dude I hadn't heard of previously). It was just okay. It kept me reading, but it's pretty overrated in my opinion.

I just started Emily Culliton's The Misfortune of Marion Palm and I am loving it.
