Pushing a quad stroller

Options
I'm wondering how I can figure out how many calories I'm burning when I push my quad stroller. I'm pushing at least 200lbs. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

at least 200 pounds...wow!! There is an option walking pushing a stroller with mfp but I think that is with a single. I only push a double when I run and thats tough enough for me!

How do you figure 200lbs? Can you lift it into your car? Because I would have a problem lifting a 200lbs stroller. Even a 100lbs stroller.
Also if you can fit all your kids into a grocery cart, pushing them around a store while shopping isn't burning that many calories. Even if you did it for an hour. Say 200-250 on average for an hour.

Looks like a quad stroller can run about 85lbs, that leaves an average of just under 30lbs per kid... seems reasonable.

I don't think she's saying the stroller is 200 lbs, but rather the total load including the riders.

I've just had a look around - I looked for pushing an adult in a wheelchair which would be about equivalent weight. The answer seems to be - not as much as you'd think, mostly because the pushing slows your walking so there's a bit of a balance out there.
