I am thin everywhere apart from my thighs, I'm really struggling in this area! What are the best exercises to tone them up and if anyone has any diet tips please let me know. Thank you!

We can't spot reduce unfortunately. All you can do is lose the weight and hope it eventually comes off where you want it to (this is genetic). I like Pilates for inner thigh work.
