I am in, i just started and want to lose atleast 13 pounds by september if possible, I am nervous, trying to eat better and stay under 1200 a day and do cardio like 3-5 times a week and lift atleast 3 times a week0

I try so hard to loose weight.
But i slip up and eat bad food so regularly.
Its up to u if you want to add me.
But i am making a lifestyle change more so than a diet so i do eat the foods i enjoy, just in proportion.0 -

I am limited in my working out because I had a major shoulder surgery June 1 (2 tears in my labrum and stability for my ball and joint). I am 8 weeks post op but have a total of 4-6 months physical therapy. Definitely no lifting and walking/armless elliptical are about all I can do. I can't wait to get back to spinning classes tho! So much fun!!

Oh darn, it's a real shame this is closed now I'd have loved to have joined you all! I've got a holiday 4th September, my birthday, my sons birthday and back to college!

Ahhhh shucks...guess I missed the opening. If you decide to reopen it...let me know! I have a goal to lose at least 15-20lbs by the end of Sept. to look oh so cute at my boyfriend's cousin's wedding. So yeah...let me know!!0
