Was the last time I saw a sub-200 lb weight. Tonight after a year of just putting in work, I finally made it, dropping over 50lbs!!!! I am so stoked right now I had to share my success in hopes to motivate others.

Still going. Latest weight put me at 185 so still going. I have adopted a new lifestyle that is essentially Intermittent Fasting/OMAD and using my Apple Watch/Apple Fitness to ensure I hold myself accountable for closing my rings. I set my daily Active Calorie goal at 800/cal and have now closed my rings and hit that goal for 335 days. Shooting for closing rings for an entire year next month!2 -
Congratulations @simplyRik! You look amazing. My apple watch gets delivered tomorrow so I can't wait to figure out the rings and how I can use them to increase my activity. You are an inspiration!!
