Hello all...I just joined and I am hoping this app will help me stay on track. I have about 30 lbs to lose and will do it 1 lb at a time. I've stepped up my walking and really watching what I eat. I need all the encouragement I can get.

You can do it!! Just maintain a reasonable calorie deficit and be patient.0
