Multiple Excercise entries from my Garmin

Whenever I track my exercise with my Garmin, it adds the data to MFP twice, I usually can erase one of the entries manually, but it doesn't always work. Why is it doing this, how can I make it stop?

    Is it garmin? or are you also liking to Strava/Mapmyrun?

    if you have linked MFP to other account that garmin is providing data e.g strava you can end up have dual entry
