So I'm between 5'3.5 - 5'4. I weigh about 118 pounds. Now I have a very small frame so this is quite a high weight for me. I gained approx. 10 pounds the past few months... I am 19 an I'd like to lose between 7-10 lbs. Opinions? What is the best way to do this? Any nutrition or food advice anyone?
Any help is appreciated . Thanks!

The best way to lose weight is to eat in a calorie deficit.0

Weights.
118lbs isn't that much at your height, even with a small frame. I would work on body composition rather than trying to lose a set number of pounds.2 -
I also like the idea of building muscle. You'll look great!0

You probably should focus more on exercise! You can eat better, we all can, but you don't need a big calorie deficit. Register your food and focus on trying to obtain the right percentage of carbs, protein and fat. It should work after a few weeks0
