Thanks but the best thing is I can do stuff that I never used to be able to do. I always was obese since middle school now I'm able to run, bike, and climb stairs. I finally know how it feels to be fit and it feels GREAT!!!!!15

Yea my favorite thing now is that I can bicycle. I try to ride at least 4 miles each day I get a chance. I only wish they have a good bike lane from my house to work I'd bike to work1

How on earth did you do that since November of 2016? Seriously, let me in on your secrets! I've been doing this since January and have barely lost 50! Great job, sure hope you keep it all off. Kudos!1

Just been making small changes throughout. downloaded ZP challenge app and MFP and kept track of everything I eat and kept below 1500 calories. My meals usually consisted of a breakfast smoothie that was about 500 calories, my lunch was a salad with no calorie salad dressing about 25 calories and supper was usually some form of chicken or beans. I also threw in a few low calorie snack in between. One I gotten down to 220 I began to exercise regularly. Road my bike, walk after work while waiting on my ride, and used a kettle bell. once I got down to 210 I increased my calories to 2000. That's it Just keep at it and keep making good changes and you'll lose the weight.3
