Food and blood pressure.

Does anyone know how food affects blood pressure. I find when i dont eat close to my calories a day my bloodpressure is way up. I could not really find any good info on Google. Thanks

    I know that not getting your magnesium and potassium can raise blood pressure. I just take more magnesium when I have blood pressure issues. I also eat grain free and added sugar free most of the time which has helped lower it.

    Interesting that not eating enough can cause your blood pressure to rise. Stress related perhaps? Salty foods are an obvious answer, but also big fatty meals.

    Our home machines are not all the accurate.
    As long as you have an "average" that puts you in a good range, you are probably o.k. :)

    I don't know the reason but I do know the drink to control blood pressure

    Blood pressure tends to be high when you have too much water in the bloodstream, which can happen due to electrolyte imbalances from diet/medical conditions.
