More carbs less fat??

I seem to be swapping about 10% of my carb goal per day for fat - which is probably my weight gain cause! Now that I know I'm doing it, what are some not-so-obvious ideas on upping healthy carb intake?

Fat doesn't make you fat. Carbs don't make you fat. (nor does protein). Excess calories make you fat.
Weight gain can be due to many things.
Seeing the protein and fat goals as minimums is fine - if you naturally eat more fat that is ok. If you're trying to lose fat, be consistent with your calorie goal for weight loss.7 -
Good advice thanks0
