Hi everyone,
I am female 170 cm tall and went from 65 kilos to 61 and put on another kilo recently. I cannot understand why though because although I have eaten some things I should not, I made sure that my intake is still usually below 1400 calories. I exercise every 2nd day for about 1-2 hours since 5 weeks ago. Until a week ago I did at least 30 minutes of cycling and then weights. For the past week I do about 15-20 minutes of cycling and am trying to do heavier weights in order to build muscle. I have long skinny arms and legs. I want to try and at least gain some muscles. Initially I wanted to lose weight to try and reduce my bust size as they increased a lot in size over the past 6 years. I always had tiny boobs up till then. I looked totally out of proportion and top heavy. Bust is smaller (not enough) though but everything else has also become thinner. Thin face, arms, legs and flat butt. I have degenerative disc disease and chronic back pain so exercise is not simple for me. I need help, advice. Would love to make new friends as well. I'm from South Africa.

Are you weighing and measuring your intake? Your 1 kilo of weight gain could just be normal body weight fluctuation rather than real gains.
If you're trying to gain muscle, check out this thread: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10332083/which-lifting-program-is-the-best-for-you/p1
You'll need to be sure to get enough protein and pick a lifting program you can handle. And head over to the Gaining Weight and Body Building forum - those guys know way more about building muscle than I do.0 -
Thank you. Still finding my way around but will do that.
