New to logging exercise, I'm going to planet fitness with a friend and we do the 30 minute circuit, (plus other cardio) how would one log that? I wouldnt normally bother as I dont eat back exercise calories but ive been over by like 500 calories over the past 3 days so I'm looking to feel slightly better about it by working out.lol.

If your circuit training is with weights I would log as circuit training.
If it's a bodyweight circuit I would log as calisthenics.
Would log "cardio" as whatever the cardio exercise actually was - running? Rowing? Cycling? Depending on what it was would also determine how I would estimate the calorie burn rather than just using the MFP database.
Your calorie goal setting on here assumes you will log and eat back your exercise calories.0 -
Thank you1
