Workout suggestions???

I have arthritis in both my knees and feet, which makes a lot of workouts hard to do. I am in the process of finding a good medication to ease the pain with my doctor, and have started to ride my bike some (though this does still cause a lot of pain). Does anyone have suggestions for any workouts/exercises that are easy on the knees and feet??

    Depends on your ability and goals. Swimming and other aquatics exercises are good. You can also look up exercises that can be done in a chair.
