Nope - lemon water does nothing for weight loss. The same can be said for apple cider vinegar and green tea. If weight loss were that easy, we'd all be thin by now.8

Don't drink it for weightloss...but use it as a tool. It helps to get rid of bloating and excess water weight as well as suppressing the appetite. Opinions on lemon in water for weight loss ?
Don't drink it for weightloss...but use it as a tool. It helps to get rid of bloating and excess water weight as well as suppressing the appetite. So it could help you lose weight especially in the beginning when you feel hungry or bloated. The same goes for ACV and green tea. Green tea has had studies done which show that if it is taken before a workout it burns more fat. I'm not saying that these things are magical...you still need to be in a calorie deficit! Just experiment and use these along side your diet and you will see results.
and those studies on green tea are wrong and not really studies
you dont burn more fat. you burn fat in a deficit and mostly at rest. green tea for it to boost your metabolism enough to burn fat you would need to drink a crap ton of it3 -

No one ever said that you can't lose weight while drinking green tea and eating a healthy diet. But it's the healthy diet that results in the weight loss. The green tea studies show that elements of the tea, in massive doses, can have a minor effect on metabolism. Then the spin doctors jumped on, correlated that to "drink green tea and lose wight!!" and here we are.6 -

they lose weight because they are in a deficit. not because of the tea and I can read just fine.this was also done on diabetic patients and doesnt say what their calorie intakes were. we know that science tells us that a deficit is what is needed for weight loss. it says it MAY help weigh control. it also doesnt say if the people in the study replaced other drinks with green tea, it also says it COULD increase thermogenesis and 24-hour energy expenditure by 4% which isnt much at all. also this"Dietary records were taken by a 24-hour recall questionnaire for evaluating the probable changes in diets" so that in itself doesnt mean that all subjects were honest either about their intake.
it also mentions chinese people having a higher amount of the ingredients in green tea in their bodies,yet there are fat chinese people. you could also just drink water and accomplish the same thing. I dont drink much tea at all and lost a lot of fat.5 -

Almonds are subconsciously programmed to be secret agents that can magically burn your fat. But only almonds that have been activated using the secret code word before you eat them can do that. I mean duh, do you even eat clean?5 -
