Successes / struggles this week: I was under my calorie deficit goals and worked out every day but one this week, but was on a roller coaster with the scale, yo-yo-ing daily between 138-141... crazy! I’m guessing it’s the new medication started early this month and then the doc doubled my dose starting last week... normally I would expect to be losing weight at a good pace when I’m being this good!

Successes/Struggles this week: Wow finally something! Despite having a bad health week (fibro related stomach issues) and not working out I still managed to lose some weight. I have been eating well, and am feeling a renewed motivation after seeing some progress.2 -

Successes / struggles this week: My final weekend of the month was my monthly (until winter) "beer weekend", where I basically pay zero attention to calories from beer and drink all day. Typically that means weight gain, and I expected no different this time. Except I actually managed to somehow lose 0.6 pounds on the weekend, on top of my impressive 3 pounds off during the week. Feeling on top of the world right now.
