So having dropped aprox a kg a week for the first 9 weeks of my diet This could be reached by last monday of august. But since i fear things will start to slow down soon and my long term goal is 0.5 kg a week I aim to achevie this by october 9.

07.08 weight 80.2 so 1.8 kg this week total 2.8 down 2.2 to go on the poa.
14.08 weight 79.9 kg so I am under 80
21.08 weight 79.2
So this is my second week of living on 1500 cal instead of 1200 cal.
It feels good to eat more I was starting to feel quite drained. Dont know how long I will do 1500 I am definitly not ready to go down to 1200 cal. But I would like to hit my ultimate goal weight yesterday. But I guess getting there and staying there is more important1 -

Today I am suffering from the mondays I feel sluggish and hungry. I felt this last week was going excellent excersize and diet wise.Then this morning I steeped on the scales and boom I am not sure if I am just in water retention as women ocasionally are or if i really didnt loose any last week. This is the sort of thing that makes me want to weigh tomorow to too see if it vields answeers.
