What can you tell me about them?
A friend has been advised to take small daily amounts in yogurt to help with bloating.
Anyone taking/taken them?

It helps with money, if you have too little or too much :)
    No significant effects on health.

Everybody bloats these days. It's like an epidemic :/

It does nothing other vegetables don't also do. If you eat a small amount it will mainly affect the taste and I don't like that taste.

I had taken Maca for a few months to help with menopausal moodiness, and it seemed to help. It didn't do anything for weight loss.

I just don't see how a spirulina, wheatgrass or macca pills can help with bloating. Can these companies just come up with stuff out of thin air?
Are there people that just believe anything?
