I started keto Aug 6th and so far Ive lost 20lbs. I dont get headaches no more and have alot more energy. Hope everyone the best and mind power to stay on it4

Keto is usually under 20-50g of carbs, often 5-10%. Protein is usually moderate (15-30%) and fat is the rest.2 -

You can only do that on the mobile app right now. As I understand it, they are working on adding it to the web UI.1 -
I have been keto off and on for a while. It worked well for me before, but I have some auto immune conditions and they got pretty bad so the dr put me on prednisone....Yea, can't do Keto on that. But I'm back again now for the last few months or so (minus a cruise vacation!). I'm almost to where I want to be. Trying to get off the last about 4 stubborn pounds, but not stressing. I'm pretty ok with where I am, just would be a nice to have. For me, this way of eating is super easy. I feel so much better (concerning my auto immune conditions) that straying from this sounds awful. Sometimes pain avoidance is the best motivation! Anyway, if anyone needs a buddy or what not, hit me up!2

After three years of LCHF I am still learning how to better do it by reading MFP forums daily. Now at age 66 I have ditched the mobility cart and walk all day if needed. Joint pain dropped like a rock in just the first 30 days of cold turkey stopping using sugar and any form of any grain. Tried tapering off but I guess I was a hard carb addict so had to resort to going cold turkey but after a hellish two weeks in my case I have been free of carb cravings for nearly three years.
Keto can mean different things for different reasons for different people. In time I found 'my' way and I am sure you all will do the same. Read the ways of others but go with the way that works to lead you to better health.
