What do you want? How do you want to do it? That is your motivation.1

I agree with what kommodeveran, and I'd add that most importantly, you need to ask yourself WHY you want to do it. Find your WHY - that's your highest motivation which will drive the HOW and WHAT. If the WHY is not strong enough, then reconsider your goal.0

When I feel myself flagging, I browse the Success Stories forum on here. It's so inspiring to me seeing people's progress and it gives me the push to keep working towards my own goal.1
