Have lost but started gaining weight back

Have been successful on vlcd (meal replacement shakes) since late April . lost 24 lbs then switched to real food and am floundering. any tips on getting back into it would be great. thanks---

slowly re-introduce the food, gradually reverse diet back to a suitable maintenance.0

Calculate a modest calorie deficit based on real food. Swear off unreal food in all its forms. Prepare to spend the time it takes to lose. Quick fixes do not work except to lighten your wallet.0
