Anyone have any good beginner lifting routines?

I've had trainers before and sort of know what to do but I'm having a hard time coming up with a routine. I am looking to lift weight three days a week for now. On the other days I do kickboxing. If anyone has any routines to share or can send me to a good site or any info at all would be greatly appreciated. (Sorry for the run on sentence )
