New to keto!

Been keto for a year and could answer questions. Ask away.

I'm new to keto as well. I'm on day ten. I'm also doing the gluten free diet too. Keto is going really well. Have gotten some headaches but they have not been too intense. Make sure you salt your food! If you get headaches like I did its because your electrolytes are low. Eat salt for sodium and you can eat avocado for potassium.

Been keto for 3.5 months and lost 20 lbs. I'm at my goal weight now and maintaining. 45 lb total loss since 2012. I feel so much better and wake up with a flat tummy every morning because of no bloat, inflammation or water retention, such a great feeling!! What questions do you have??
