New and excited for change.

I'm only a few minutes old and can't wait to share and learn with other like minded people. For me the ultimate goal is weight loss but more importantly I need to make a lifestyle change. I want nutrition and excercise to become my way of life.

I'm looking forward to meeting new people and sharing the journey.

    I agree! The crap life style has GOT to change! That's not even who I am, I adopted that from my ex- just got lazy. Eating junk is easier than preparing fresh food. etc etc
    I forgot simple things like PREPARING FRESH MEALS IS NOT ONLY HEALTHIER, YOU BURN CALORIES DOING IT! duh
    I know alot of this stuff - I just blew it off and boy, did I pay
    never again - I want to be a FIT senior, starting now

    I, too, am looking to improve my lifestyle and general well being. I started this journey at 214lbs. I'm Currently 185. Goal is somewhere between 140-160 depending on me.
