Yes, I'm having the same problem. I noticed it about a week ago. I hope you get a response soon.

I use the zip and have been having the problem, on and off, for a few months now. I finally broke down about 2 weeks ago and called their help desk, they talked me through resetting it by removing the battery and taking a few steps with the app... it's been working for me since.1
