Issue Syncing with FitBit App

I have recently been having issues syncing with the FitBit app. My steps are not showing up ect

Anyone else having the same problem?

    I use the zip and have been having the problem, on and off, for a few months now. I finally broke down about 2 weeks ago and called their help desk, they talked me through resetting it by removing the battery and taking a few steps with the app... it's been working for me since.
