Hi guys! Completely new to this. I have a binge eating disorder and I'm at a place now where I'm focussed on healthy eating.

Can someone tell me what kilojoules are??

    Hi! I'm pretty new, too. I've never heard of kilojoule. But you'll do great and have success here! I find the forums very helpful!

    Kilojoules are measurements of energy. You can use either cals/joules to measure what you fuel your body with. I don't really get kilojoules so I kinda ignore them but I think it's the main unit in Australia so, if you know any Aussies, they could explain it better!
