My wedding is in 2 months and I need to lose 20 pounds. Help please!!!!

Unfortunately you have waited a little to late to achieve that goal. You can still make some progress between now and then though. Set your goals to lose 1 lb a week and see how that works out for you. If you find yourself struggling back off to 0.5 lbs/week.
Dont let a few lbs bog you down on your big day, have a good time and enjoy the celebration! Its about love, not perfection5 -
Why not shoot for a healthy rate and have a sustainable loss and a happy marriage?
Dieting for one specific event is a pretty surefire way to fail in the long run. You want to be skinnier for your wedding in two months, but do you want to come back here in a year with 40 to lose? Or start slow and sustainable and lose the 20 in 4 to 5 months?
You'll still be beautiful on your wedding day, even if you're only down 10 by then. I promise.

I too wanted to lose weight for my wedding or rather, I had to due to my seamstress ordering in the a size 6 instead of a size 7! And I have successfully lost 6kgs. I, however, gave myself 6 months to do it and it was a lot of heart ache, tears and work! I don't think it's plausible to lose 9kg in 2 months, I know I couldn't physically do it nor do I envy you for trying.0

What you would have to do to lose the last 20 lbs in 2 months would leave you weak, tired, and miserable on your wedding day.
Instead, set your goal to 1 lb per week, buy some shapewear, and have the dress altered if necessary.4 -
Even if I could lose 10 pounds, I would be fine. I am stuck and have been stuck at the same weight for 6 months. I don't gain anything but I also don't lose anything no matter what I do.0

I feel you, I am getting married in 6 weeks and have gained back 2kg of the 13kg I had lost due to stress eating! Just try to keep to a sensible deficit (hard I know with the pressure of the day looming). You will look beautiful whatever happens0

Get a food scale and use it for all solids and semisolids and log accurately and consistently, and you may well be able to lose a few lbs in time.0
