I love cheese too... but I don't put it on sandwiches or salads anymore. Instead I looooove the weight watchers cheese wedges or Laughing Cow mini babybel cheese for snacks, eat them with flatbread crackers. YUM! It's like I can't wait till 3 pm comes around so I can have my cheese!!0

I often have a chunk of cheese (1oz) each day at 6pm when I get home from work, keeps me going until dinner time.
I always have enough fat and calories left for it as I generally eat quite low fat. If I was planning beef for dinner rather than white fish or chicken might have a different snack that day,0 -
I usually have egg beaters for breakfast and I sprinkle a Tbs or two of shredded cheese on them. It gives the feeling of some nice, cheesy scrambled eggs and as long as you watch your portions it only adds about 50 calories.0

I do 2% reduced fat cheddar. Too yummy that I didn't even realize it was reduced fat for 3 months!
Also, a little parmesan (or any hard, aged cheese for that matter) goes a long way.0 -
Laughing cow mini baby bell cheese! Yum. I also use shredded cheese for quesadillas because it's easier to measure out and control!0

I am a cheeseaholic. I discovered almond cheese and it is awesome. It even melts great. I found it a my local health/whole food store. The brand I bought is called Lisanatti's and it's in the food database. Only 50 cals and 1g fat per serving!0

Everything in moderation. I am a total cheesehead, and still eat quite a bit of it, but in smaller portions. Half an oz of feta on a sliced tomato, 1 slice of cheddar on a sandwich, FF shredded on eggs, you can eat it...just not entire blocks at a time0

Try feta. It is stronger tasting and you can use less! Watch the sodium though, I think it might be high....0
