Torn abdominal muscles.

Hi! So, I am at the beginning of my weight loss journey but I am limited to the types of exercise I can do. As a result of pregnancies with big babies, my abdominal muscles are torn apart with seemingly no hope of getting together again without surgery. I haven't had any helpful information other than surgery.
I was hoping maybe some other ladies in the same boat may have helpful advice or perhaps just knowledgeable people have some tips for me with the kids of exercises I can do or if I am really going to need to just stick to cardio.

assuming you are talking about abdominal separation which is common with pregnancy, not actual tearing of the abdominal muscles, there are some exercises here:
