does anyone know how many calories you burn doing 55 minutes of "Cize"?

    I use my heart rate monitor to measure calories burned. I have a polar for me it was close to 450

    Just bought CIZE and completed my first 'Crazy-8' routine (½ hr workout) and would say I burned approx 150 calories. A salsa class would, I'm told, burn 300-400 in one hour.

    So I can enter this calorie burn amount into MyFitnessPlan schedule.

    I'd just enter it as Zumba or another listed type of dance cardio class
