Im new yesterday was the end of my 1st week.. i lost 3lbs!
I am looking for more friends to keep me motivated! My goal is to lose a total of 50lbs!!!

    Its not easy to atay motivated. So far i have been aiming to lose 1lb a week yet my fist week i lost 3lbs which is healthy... i aim for 10,000 steps a day but always try to beat my highest steps... i intake less theb 1,200 calories exception of days that i workout alot.... i am really only doing cardio at the minute but try to do nogym workouts that require no equiptment as well. Anyways, i sent you a friends request!

If you're looking at getting into weight lifting a good start would be a BodyPump class like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V_4NSjl-id0 It's offered at many gyms, or you can do it at home. Congrats on losing 3 pounds, that's a great milestone! I'm trying to lose 60 pounds and have lost 5 pounds after starting my fitness and healthy eating journey 3 weeks ago. Let's motivate each other!
