Hi I'm uk based so recipes may differ but:
Mince with homemade taco seasoning served with cabbage.
    Tuna & mayo
    Cauli rice with anything !!
Cauli rice squeeze all the water out, mix with an egg, salt, tablespoon of ground almond, spoon out blobs, flatten out onto greased baking tray, cook for approx 20 mins in oven, once done they can be refried when needed, great for holding burgers.
    Eggs & bacon with butter
    Any meat with broccoli
    Sausages with sprouts & butter
Lots of veg, fry it all up till it browns add Buffalo sauce, then grate cheese over it.
These are my go to meals, keep it simple !

I've been keto for about 2 weeks but I have to say my favorite thing is my "keto coffee" I blend coffee, ghee, collagen peptides, and heavy cream with my immersion blender. Sometimes I add a little Torani sugar free syrup. My fave is the caramel! I opt for pretty simple meals not many recipes...

I've been doing keto since June 1 and dropped about 35 pounds. I try to keep it simple. I like sautéing some mushrooms and onions in butter then eggs once they're almost cooked. I also enjoy a nice bacon cheeseburger without the bun but plenty of lettuce (preferably not iceberg but something with some nutrients).

I occasionally cheat with a glass of wine or a baked potato...

Join the Low Carber Daily MFP group. They usually have at least one thread on reccipes going at any given time.

My food is fairly basic/ It looks like most people's food without the starch or sugars: Steak and salad, bacon and eggs, tacos without the shell or beans, burgers without the bun, fish and roasted veggies, pepperoni and cheese, Tuna salad without the toast.

I'm in family of 5 and am the only one who is ketogenic. The others are low to high carbs so my meals are flexible and tend to include starches that I don't eat, or eat very little of, like a couple of baby potatoes rather than a half of a plate of mashed potatoes, or a meat tomato sauce with cheese on its own while the others use noodles with it.
