One month results (w/pics)

I used to suffer from an eating disorder so no longer weigh myself so cannot tell you in numbers/inches how much I have lost so far but have been documenting my progress through weekly photographs for the first month. The first two weeks, I swam 4 times a week and this week I've been back weight training after an ACL/Hamstring injury so hopefully have more progress to come! I think I can see a difference in the photos and thought it might help motivate others who are just starting out- if you hang in there, you'll start seeing those results! x
