I lost 40 lbs and regained 10 in lean mass I now sit at 188lbs.

    Did you do any cardio or was it just weight lifting? Of course I know that counting calories was a huge part of the equation.

    I did have a little bit of cardio throughout the transformation, but most of it was just playing basketball and running track. But the main thing about the transformation that you should note is it's not only about how many calories you're eating but the nutrition of the calories you're eating. I obviously didn't just start with no sweets or anything but I eventually worked my way up to that and now I cheat very rarely.
