Couch to 5k - Just Walking

Has anyone seen a couch to 5k plan that is just walking? I suppose I can try to walk faster whenever I'm supposed to jog but was looking for something more formal if it existed. I can't jog due to the impact to the knees but would love to walk my way up to a 5k.

How far or long can you walk now? Add 5 min or .25 mi per week until you get to 3 mi or 60 min. Throw in some small hills if you can, it will help you increase faster on the flats. Have fun!0

I can't run due to knee problems, but walking is still great exercise! I have walked several 5K's in the past year. Once you get going, you'll be surprised how far you can go!2 -
