Hi everyone. I guess I'm sharing the beginning of this two week intense diet with you, as I am hoping it willgive me even more strenght in following. I have recently gained weight, and now 67kg, almost 10kg over my ideal weight. This reflects on my moods, on my self confidence, and I have now decided to stop this once for all. A good fast diet, will give me confidence to stay fit after. I know it, as I have been there before (10kgs ago!!). If any of you have advice, have done my same diet, or decide they want to follow me, keep messages flowing.. I would love to hear from you! I shall keep you all up to date with my results!!

Honestly, this doesn't look healthy or safe. From: http://www.livestrong.com/article/303909-the-max-planck-diet/
The Max Planck diet, mysteriously named after the German physicist, is a restrictive eating plan that promises to help its participants lose weight at a rapid pace over a period of two weeks. The Max Planck diet lays out a specific menu for every meal of the day. This diet also claims to help you keep the weight off after your two weeks on the diet. The creator of this diet is unknown and there is no specific evidence backing claims made by proponents of the Max Planck diet.
While the lunch and dinner menus possess more variety than the breakfast menu on the Max Planck diet, this diet has less variety than a normal, well-balanced diet. Critics of the Max Planck diet point out that the lack of variety causes this diet to lack enough vital nutrients. It is also unlikely to lead to the long-term weight loss it promises. Consult your physician before you begin this fad diet.

    From http://www.novafeel.com/diet/max-planck-diet.htm
An evaluation of the Max Planck Diet was offered by the German Consumer Foundation " Stiftung Warentest ":

"Conclusion: Don't do it! Losing 9 kg in 2 weeks is simply impossible and it is likewise impossible for the metabolic rate to change in this period."
    (" Stiftung Warentest " - a German Consumer Foundation - Comparison of 80 diets)

Both the "Max Planck Institute for Nutrition" as well as the Institut für Ernährungswissenschaften" in Wien ("Nutritional Sciences Institute") distance themselves from the Max Planck Diet. It was not developed by either of the two institutes.
The Max Planck Diet does not have enough vital nutrients. There is also too much protein in this diet.

If you want to do plank... might I suggest: http://eatdrinkandbeskinny.com/30-day-plank-challenge/?

ETA: It was discussed here some years back. The person trying it didn't have longterm success either: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/674450/max-planck-diet

Copy/pasted-- Just replace the word Herbalife with Planck diet.

    Okay- here's what you do...
Step one: Throw the Herbalife in the trash where it belongs.
Step two: Input your stats to MFP and set a modest calorie deficit.
Step three: Weigh and measure every single thing that goes in your mouth. Use a digital kitchen scale for accuracy. (less) (less)
