Homemade cooking help

Hi. How would i go about counting the calories an a homemade mousakka made with 5% beef mince. Onions mushrooms tin tomatoes and a topping of fat free yogurt and egg and layered with tomatoes not pasta or aubergines. Thank you so much for helping. Lost five pound this week and don't want to mess it up.

I would weigh each of the ingredients before adding them using the recipe builder. Best way to get an accurate result.3

Use the recipe builder. Enter the ingredients and amounts used. Decide how many servings the dish is. Save the recipe and log it.
Make sure the ingredients are correctly added. I have at times created a recipe and had it choose things that are wrong and thus different calories.1 -
