Started MFP in July. Love it, lost 11 lbs. My friend told me her brother said if he were me, he would not sleeveless dresses cause I had fat arms. Kinda hurt, but not doing this for him!!! I'm doing this for me.3

I'm Needing friends For motivation!. 21 year old here, been working out on and off since I was a teen, and been struggling allot in the past year to stay consistent with workouts and meals..
I'm trying to get back into working out at least twice a week!, but savearly lack the motivation.
I'm also trying to cook more at home at eat out less for finachial and health reasons((Starbucks is my weakness))
Right now Im fixed on calorie counting(I know some people think it's silly because I'm already at a low weight) but it's working well for me to maintain a healthy, low weight where I am comfortable.
It doesn't matter to me if your a pro or just starting. As long as you're supportive and posative!.
