I bought a digital scale over the weekend. my old scale said i was down to 214ish my new scale says 218.2. Glad to have a more accurate scale for this challenge.0

Completed my jumping jacks in 1 min 37 secs ... bring on the mile tomorrow, that really will be a step out of the norm for me, I can't run to save my life! Tried and failed week one of the c25k THREE TIMES LOL - but here we go :-)0

I've been spying on the other teams heehee and found this. Hope it helps clear up the points system for anyone!! Come on we all need to complete the daily tasks to receive bonus points :happy:

Well I had to go buy a new scale too! When I weighed in two weeks ago on my old one, it said 172 lbs. I thought that odd considering at the Doctor's a few days prior, I weighed 178 (before I started MFP). But I trudged on and on Saturday, I was down to 164. Last night my hubby was weighing in and it told him he had gained 10 pounds in 2 days! So I got on it and it went to 164 then 170, then 164....got the idea?
So I went out and bought a new one at lunch thinking this one was stuck and sure enough....170.4! Yay me! So at least the reflection of weight loss was accurate with the old one (8 pounds) but apparently not the actual weight!

1 point per person PER DAY ? for logging under all week and 64+ water (Mon-Sat)? (21 * 6) = 126
5 points per team if ALL do ALL daily fitness challenges(Mon-Sat)
5 points per team if ALL do ALL logging under and drink water daily all week (Mon-Sat)?
so the total for the week could be (if all done):
total team pounds lost + 126 + 126 + 5 + 5 = X points
(so if someone missed 1 day they would contribute 5 points instead of 6)0
