Hello Everyone, My name is Roseann and i've been on weight watchers for almost 3 1/2 years and i am struggling! I did lose 40 pounds at one time than during the holidays i gained it back ever since than i haven't loss "Big" weight losses i do have a thyroid problem its underactive , I eat wholewheat products, drink water, exercise for 30 minutes walking.I do drink coffee i dont know if that is causing me to not lose. I do need help and i hope along the way i will lose and maybe get new ideas from everyone!! Thank you for listening!
