I've seen this mentioned somewhere before, adding to my list. Thanks!

Anything from the Maximum Fun network. Here are a few:
My Brother, My Brother and Me is a comedy advice podcast
Stop Podcasting Yourself is just a comedy chit-chat show
Oh No! Ross and Carrie investigates fringe science and religious groups and talk about them
Rose Buddies is a comedy The Bachelor/ette recap. I don't watch the show, but this is hilarious.

Also, anything hosted or starred in by Paul F. Tompkins, even though some of these are now finished:
The Pod F. Tompkast (skit show),
The Dead Authors Podcast (comedy improv about interviewing dead authors),
    Superego (edited improv sketches),
Thrilling Adventure Hour (new-time old-time radio comedies).

    Other podcasts I listen to:
Doug Loves Movies is a comedy movie trivia panel show that is pretty laid back.
The Bugle is a comedy news farce with an international bent, the hosts are from all over the world (mostly commonwealth). It used to be co-hosted by John Oliver to give you the flavor.
Answer Me This is a british comedy question answering podcast (not always advice, sometimes word origin, history, biology, etc.).

Easier to update this than make a new topic:

The Adventure Zone: A D&D style podcast done by the brothers of My Brother, My Brother and Me that's rip roarin' D&D style fun without the strict rules that encompass some D&D campaigns. Also features their dad playing D&D with them, which is hilarious.
Sawbones: Medical history podcast by Justin (co-host) and his wife (medical professional and host of the show) (also Justin is one of the brothers of the aforementioned TAZ and MBMB&M podcasts). Pretty funny and interesting.
No Such Thing as a Fish: British podcast about weird and interesting facts. Companion piece toQI if you ever watched it.
Skeptoid: Short podcast episodes about a topic using skepticism and usually cited facts that you can find accompanying each episode.
The Mental Illness Happiness Hour: Hosted by the male half that used to do Dinner and Movie on TBS. He talks to various people in the industry and outside who suffer from various mental illnesses. Very interesting as it normalizes a lot of what those that suffer mental illness or insecurities deal with. More interesting because he's usually talking to extremely successful people who deal with it every day.
Welcome to Nightvale: Fictional podcast about a town in which eerie and supernatural (horror) related stuff seems to happen.. and one man's dedication to discussing it on his radio show.

Elis James and John Robins on Radio X Podcast : two British comedians who host a radio show. Not sure how to explain it , except its exceptionally funny in my opinion. ( I think in one of them even mentions the MyFitnessPal app if I'm not mistaken )

I listen to mostly wrestling podcasts. Steve Austin Show and Jim Ross Report are faves. Bruce Prichard 's something to wrestle is good too but that's for the die hards
