Did MFP give you the 1410 number after you put in your target number of pounds lost per week? If so, then you do not need to do any exercise at all. The target number has your deficit built in and assumes that you will eat more calories to compensate for any intentional exercise you do.

None if that's your calorie deficit.

Your calorie target as provided by MFP is your deficit to lose weight without exercise...technically you don't have to burn anything with exercise...

Yes, MFP gives you a calorie goal that it estimates will result in weight loss for you (if that's what you asked it for) without any exercise.

But it would be best to exercise, too: It will help preserve existing muscle, and help make you healthier overall (long term, alongside good nutrition). The number of calories burned is less important than just getting some regular exercise you enjoy (because if you enjoy it, you'll do it ;) )..

Then, when you do exercise, MFP intends you to eat back those calories, because weight loss was already included in your basic calorie goal, and it's unhealthful to lose too fast.

    Good luck! :)

None or more than none. It all depends on your goals and what you want to do.
